We are delighted to share that our former Ph.D. student, Dr. Anjan Kumar, has been awarded the prestigious Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship for a postdoctoral position under the supervision of Prof. Stefan Kaiser at the Institute of Solid State and Materials Physics (IFMP), Technical University of Dresden, Germany.
Anjan completed his doctoral thesis under the guidance of Dr. Kamaraju Natarajan. Many congratulations, Anjan! We are extremely proud of your remarkable achievement and wish you continued success in your research career. We also fondly remember your all-round involvement in campus activities - especially your enthusiastic presence on the cricket field.
We also proudly note that three of our current and former students have secured this fellowship this year, making it a particularly joyous moment for our department.
