Research areas
- Electron-molecule collision studies; formation of molecular clusters via supersonic expansion and their interaction with low energy electrons; design and control of instruments; development of data acquisition systems.
This research aims to investigate key processes involved in electron-molecule collisions, such as dissociative electron attachment and ion-pair formation. It also involves the generation of cold molecular clusters through supersonic gas expansion and the study of their interactions with low-energy electrons. The work includes the design and operation of specialized experimental setups and the development of tailored data acquisition systems to achieve precise and high-resolution measurements of electron-induced molecular dynamics.
