My current research focuses on the development of advanced biosensing platforms by integrating Microbubble Lithography (MBL) with spectroscopic techniques and microfluidic systems. I am particularly interested in leveraging MBL for high-precision surface patterning of functional polymers, nanomaterials, and biological systems such as viruses and bacteria, to create sensitive and selective biosensors. These sensors are designed to detect biological and chemical targets using spectroscopic signals—including Raman, fluorescence, and colorimetric detection—within microfluidic environments, enabling real-time, label-free analysis. The research aims to enhance sensitivity, reduce sample volume requirements, and enable cost-effective, scalable fabrication of biosensors for biomedical diagnostics and environmental monitoring.
